Please note the university and PTS are hosting events during the week of Nov. 1-7. The PTS annual bicycle auction starts today, Nov. 2, 2020, and there will be a UT home football game Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020. Please read this email for details on these events, including how football parking and campus entry restrictions may affect you.

Spring Permit Renewals For Fall-Only Permit Holders

Fall-Only Permit Holders:

Permit renewals for the spring semester begin October 28, 2020 on My Parking Profile through November 13, 2020. Spring semester permits are valid from January 14, 2021 through May 23, 2021. Please note that fall semester permits expire on November 25, 2020 despite what might be printed on the permit.

Health Center Garage Access to HTB Limited in Evenings

Oct. 16, 2020

Based on operational changes linked to COVID-19, we have been advised that the exterior doors to the Health Transformation Building (HTB), which is connected to the Health Center Garage (HCG), will be locked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. starting next Monday, October 19, 2020. This includes the doors to the elevator lobby on the ground floor.

No elevator access will be available between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. To re-enter the garage, walk up the sidewalk on the ramp up into the garage.

Free, healthy food at Oct. 10 mobile food pantry

The university is hosting a Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) Mobile Pantry on Saturday, October 10, 2020, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. This event is open to any students, staff and faculty who need food or are facing food insecurities.

Mooov-In Parking Disruptions Aug. 17-26

UT Austin Community,

Mooov-In week will bring extra congestion and traffic delays on and around campus beginning Monday, August 17, through the first class day, Wednesday, August 26.

Beginning on Thursday, August 20, resident student check-in will take place at UFCU Disch-Falk Field (DFF). Most of the impact will be around the following parking areas:
