If you have requested parking arrangements for an event that has been canceled, an email should be sent to PTSemail@example.com for any event that was submitted through the Event Parking Request form. The email needs to identify the event name and date along with indication that the event has been canceled. PTS will then send a cancellation notice to the individual and remove all fees from the reservation.
Pre-pay for event parking is limited to the following forms of payment:
- Designated University Surface Parking Lots and Streets: credit card only
- Designated University Parking Garages: cash or credit card
Parking on campus is a critical commodity. There are nearly 16,000 parking spaces to satisfy the multiple daily requirements for 70,000 staff, faculty, students, and visitors. To accommodate the maximum number of customers, PTS strives to use spaces and lots for multiple purposes.
There is no free parking on campus. Parking fees are required to fund parking construction, operations, maintenance, enforcement, and administrative expenses.
