RecSports Membership Parking

E Permit

EligibilityYou must be a current RecSports member. Members must present a current RecSports photo ID card to verify eligibility. Students, faculty, and staff are ineligible to purchase the “E” Permit.
Parking Locations
  • A Lots/Spaces along San Jacinto Blvd from 21st St south to MLK
    • weekdays 4 p.m.-7:30 a.m.
    • weekends from Friday at 4 p.m. to Monday at 7:30 a.m. 
  • F Lots/Spaces signed for Class E permits as well as F11 and F36 spaces NOT signed as "AT ALL TIMES" on San Jacinto Blvd south of 21st Street 
    • weekdays 4 p.m.-7:30 a.m.
    • weekends Friday at 4 p.m. to Monday at 7:30 a.m.
  • Longhorn Lots: Charles Alan Whitaker Fields
    • weekdays 8 a.m. To 10 p.m.
    • weekends 8 a.m. To 10 p.m. 
  • Garages 
    • Brazos (BRG), Manor (MAG), and Trinity (TRG) Garages
      • on a space-available basis
      • weekdays 5 a.m.-8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.-11:59 p.m.
      • weekends from Friday at 4 p.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Parking Perks

EligibilityYou must be a current RecSports member. Members must present a current RecSports photo ID card to verify eligibility. Students are ineligible to purchase a share pass.
Parking LocationsALL-GARAGE ACCESS: The access card is loaded with pre-paid parking purchased by each individual. Parking is space-available in each garage. Access may be restricted for some events. See the Parking Perks page for details.
Where to PurchaseAny staffed garage office (recharge available online)
PriceInitial purchase is $20 minimum (no service fees-this is $20 worth of use in the garages). After the initial purchase, the card may be recharged at a minimum of $10. See the Parking Perks page for rates by garage.

ADA Parking

Eligibility

You must be a current RecSports member. Members must present a current RecSports photo ID card to verify eligibility. Rec Sports members may purchase a D+ permit to park in Special Accommodating Spaces (D+ Spaces).

Requires display of a valid state-issued ADA placard or license plate (permanent or temporary) along with a valid university D+

  • The same as E permit
  • "D+ or F" spaces on 21st Street
