S Permit Transfers

Once an S permit holder renews their permit and payment has been received, they may submit a transfer request email to garages@utexas.edu.

The request should include:

• your name
• UT EID
• permit type (S)
• current garage
• garage(s) to which you would like to be considered for transfer (You may request transfer to as many as two locations.)

Transfers are granted on a random, space-available basis.

Deadlines

Transfer requests will be accepted until April 12, 2024 at 5 p.m. Failure to complete the renewal process, including payment, by this date will cancel your transfer eligibility status. Transfer awards will be sent April 23, 2024. All spring to summer semester transfer requests expire on May 3, 2024.

• Health Center Garage (HCG)
• Manor Garage (MAG)
• San Antonio Garage (SAG)

• Speedway Garage (SWG)
• Trinity Garage (TRG)
• 27th Street Garage (TSG)
