VIP Permits

The "VIP" permit is issued to non-university affiliated special guests of the university, upon request by a dean, director, or executive officer of the university. The "VIP" permit is valid in any space on campus with the exception of metered spaces, "F99" spaces, "O" spaces, or ADA spaces (unless a state disabled placard or license plate is displayed).

How To Request

To request VIP permits for your department, fill out the VIP Permit Request Form. The form must be signed by someone with signature authority for the IDT account noted. Once completed, email a scanned copy of the form to pts-adminrequests@austin.utexas.edu.
