Bobby Stone, B.A.

Bobby serves the university well in his position as director of PTS. He began his career with PTS as a cashier and watched the first garage open during his 20 years with this department. His experience in the operations of all the garages on campus and in other leadership areas is highly valued.

Dennis Delaney

Dennis Delaney
Assistant Director | Events / Operations

Dennis Delaney started with the Parking Garage System in December of 2001 as a Cashier III and has worked his way up to Events / Operations Manager. He has a thorough knowledge of the entire PTS operations from his experience as the assistant to the Associate Director. Although not a graduate of UT, Dennis has bled burnt orange since the 1981 Cotton Bowl win over #3 Alabama. Dennis' office number is 512-475-6734.


Linsey Duett
Assistant Director | Cashier Operations

Linsey Duett started working for PTS in May of 2000 as an Accountant III. After realizing accounting was not her thing, she was given the opportunity within PTS to take on the challenge of becoming the special events coordinator. In this position, she assisted colleges, schools, departments, and organizations with arranging parking for any event occurring on campus. She also assisted visitors, vendors, and contractors with their parking needs. In May of 2006, Linsey was promoted to the parking services manager over special events. Her team is committed in providing a positive parking experience to all coming to visit the university. Linsey’s office number is 512-471-5283.

Blanja Gamez

Assistant Director | Administration / Alternative Transportation

Blanca has been employed with PTS for over six years, beginning her career with the department as a student associate for events. She graduated with a degree from UT in Advertising and has received her Masters in Public Administration and Urban and Environmental Planning from Texas State. She coordinates all the alternative transportation programs on campus from shuttles to carpools and is working on implementing other sustainable programs on campus that would benefit the UT community as well as the city.

Mark Kaligian

Mark Kaligian, B.S.
Assistant Director | Fleet / Enforcement

Mark comes to UT with over 20 years of fleet management experience, at times overseeing fleet operations for more than 5,000 vehicles. His goal at UT is to help make the campus safer, more pedestrian-friendly and greener through efficient fleet management. Though he loves the UT, Mark is a Michigan State University graduate, and a die-hard Spartan fan first. It is easy to understand why he enjoys the double meaning (combining environmental awareness with his alma mater), when he hears: “Go Green!”


Charlie Smith, B.S.,M.A.
Assistant Director| Special Projects / Maintenance

As a graduate of the Military Academy at West Point and a retired Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army, Charlie is well equipped to manage the day-to-day operations of parking enforcement and maintenance of surface lots, signs, and curbs on the UT Austin campuses. His goals include: consistent enforcement of the parking resources on campus, customer service, safety, and an efficient staff. Contact Charlie with questions, suggestions on campus signs, problems with signs, or when the parking enforcement assistants/kiosk guards are giving great customer focused service.
