Campus will be bustling with activities this weekend with several events that may impact your parking and travels. As part of the Made in Austin Weekend, the Texas Longhorns will give a preview of their talents ahead of the 2024 football season at the Orange-White Game on Saturday, April 20. The weekend will also bring Longhorn Families to the Forty Acres for Family Weekend, Texas Baseball fans for the Big 12 Conference series against TCU, and College Scholars’ friends and family to celebrate their academic achievements on Honors Day.
As part of Earth Month, Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) will also host an event this week to celebrate commuters who have made a significant impact on reducing traffic and pollution around campus: bicyclists! Join us tomorrow, April 16 for Bike to UT Day.

Parking Restrictions and Towing
All vehicles must be removed from any of the listed streets by the times below. Any vehicles that have not relocated by these times will be subject to relocation at the vehicle operator’s expense.
All vehicles must be removed from the following streets no later than 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19:
- San Jacinto Blvd. between Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and 24th St.
All vehicles must be removed from the following streets no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, April 19:
- Robert Dedman Dr. between Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and 25th St.
- DeLoss Dodds Way
- Trinity St. between DeLoss Dodds Way and Robert Dedman Dr.
- 21st St. between San Jacinto Blvd. and Speedway

Bike to UT Day: April 16
PTS will host Bike to UT Day tomorrow, April 16. Bike to UT Day is a celebration that promotes bicycling and recognizes cyclists for doing their part in reducing pollution and congestion on and around campus. Join us at the lower Perry-Castañeda Library (PCL) Patio from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be tacos and coffee for the first 200 registered cyclists, while supplies last. Meet with other cycling organizations and many other partners for bike-related activities and giveaways. See the Bike to UT Day page for details.
