Guadalupe Garage Temp Closure

Update 6/19/19 9:18 a.m.

At this time, entry into the Guadalupe Garage has been restored. You must enter 17th Street by driving north on San Antonio. 

Any Guadalupe Garage permit-holders that parked at the Rowling Hall Garage, San Antonio Garage, or the Trinity Garage can continue to park at the alternate location through 11:59 pm tonight at which time you will need to resume parking  at the Guadalupe Garage. 

If anything changes, PTS will provide an update. 

 

Parking and Traffic Disruptions: June 1-3

Please note beginning on Saturday, June 1 through Monday, June 3, The University is hosting UIL State Solo and Ensemble which will bring hundreds of buses to campus, potentially disrupting parking and traffic, including:

Parking/street closures

  • Robert Dedman Drive between Dean Keeton and DeLoss Dodds Way will be one way southbound

  • All of the parking along Robert Dedman Drive north of DeLoss Dodds Way will be closed to permit holders

Parking and Transportation Services is pleased to announce the return of the faculty/staff summer parking program. If you are a current F or A permit holder and you wish to move to a more convenient parking location for the summer, you may participate in the program on a space-available basis.

Campus Parking
A valid UT permit or payment of fees is required to park on campus even for the upcoming summer break. Parking restrictions will remain in effect for those spaces that require a particular UT permit AT ALL TIMES.

F Permit Renewals End Friday 5/17

To retain their parking for 2019/20, F permit holders must complete the renewal by midnight Friday, May 17, 2019.

Go to the Cars tab of the Parking Portal, https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/pts/parking/car/.

Scroll down to the Future Year Permit section and click the BUY button for your parking location. Please be aware that multiple F permits will appear. Verify you selected the correct F permit BEFORE completing the purchase.

2019 Bicycle Dorm Cleanup

Campus Community:

Don't forget to take your bike home at the end of the semester! Bicycles left at dormitory racks will be considered abandoned on Sunday, May 26th at 9 a.m. Any remaining bicycles are subject to impoundment by Parking and Transportation Services at the owner's expense.

Due to a large number of bicycles abandoned at the dorm racks each year and our ongoing effort to make space available for current and new students, we ask that you, please take your bike home with you when you are not here.
