Home Football Game Parking Disruptions for November 9; towing to be enforced

On Saturday, November 9, college football fans can look forward to a thrilling clash as Texas and Florida meet for the first time since 1940, now as SEC rivals. Both teams aim to assert themselves in the conference in this highly anticipated matchup that kicks off at 11 a.m. To help you prepare for this home football game, please review the traffic and parking restrictions listed below.

Before and After Game Day Parking

Parking Restrictions and Towing

All vehicles must be removed from the listed locations by the times below, or they will be cited and towed at the owner’s expense.

Lots

All vehicles must be removed from the following lots no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 8:

  • Lots 15, 18, 19, 20, 23, 26, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, 53, 92, 102, 108, 116, and 118

Streets

All vehicles must be removed from the following streets no later than 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8:

  • San Jacinto Blvd. between DeLoss Dodds Way and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

All vehicles must be removed from the following streets no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 8:

  • San Jacinto Blvd. between Dean Keeton St. and DeLoss Dodds Way
  • Robert Dedman Dr. between Dean Keeton St. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
  • Trinity St. between DeLoss Dodds Way and Robert Dedman Dr.
  • 21st St. between San Jacinto Blvd. and Speedway

Garages

All vehicles must be removed from the following garages no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 8:

  • Brazos Garage (BRG)
  • East Campus Garage (ECG)
  • Manor Garage (MAG)
  • San Jacinto Garage (SJG)
  • Trinity Garage (TRG)

Service Drives

All vehicles must be removed from the following service drives no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 8:

  • Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center (MNC)
  • Recreational Sports Center (RSC)

Parking Storage Areas for Relocated Permit Holders

Permit holders may relocate their vehicles to any of the following lots: Lot 106, 110, 111, 112, or 115. Overnight parking restrictions for these lots will be lifted starting on Friday, November 8 and ending at 3 a.m. on Monday, November 11. Relocated F and S garage permit holders may park in San Antonio Garage, Guadalupe Garage, or 27th Street Garage on a space-available basis.
Information on where relocated garage R permit holders may move their vehicles will be sent in a separate email.

Game Day Parking and Campus Access

Campus Entry Restrictions

Campus entry is restricted on game day, November 9, beginning at 5 a.m. Limited entry for permit holders will be available for those who work on campus or who have otherwise coordinated with Parking and Transportation Services prior to the game.

Parking on Game Day

If you need parking on game day, Texas Facilities Commission offers public parking in State Garages for a fee.
