Motorcycle (M) Parking

Class M permit holders may only park in designated motorcycle parking areas from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They may park in surface lot automobile spaces after permit restrictions have lifted as indicated by signs; they may not park at any time in automobile garage spaces.

Class M permit areas are restricted to motorcycle / moped / motor scooter parking only at all times, and a university permit is required as signed. Unless otherwise restricted, motorcycles, mopeds, or motor scooters may not be driven past the main campus traffic control kiosk between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. At PRC and MCC, they may drive past the traffic kiosks unless otherwise restricted.

There is no charge for the class M permit with the purchase of an A, AN, AN+, C, C+, D, D+, F, O, or S permit. Students with an on-campus dorm resident status are not eligible for the no-charge M permit. Full payment for the automobile permit is required and no more than one of these permitted vehicles is allowed on campus at a time.

NOTE: Persons with disabilities on motorcycles or mopeds may enter campus and park in "ADA" spaces. ADA Placard or plate must be displayed with the UT "M" permit.
