Garage Equipment Upgrades

Beginning the week of October 20, Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) will replace select garage equipment in Brazos Garage (BRG), Manor Garage (MAG), and San Jacinto Garage (SJG).

These upgrades will improve reliability, simplify entry and exit, and help reduce traffic backups in busy garages. The work involves removing the older blue equipment columns and installing new scanners on the existing orange and gray Amano columns already in place.

Garages will remain open throughout the process, though individual lanes may be closed temporarily while installation takes place.
