If your F permit lot is full, you can go to the nearest parking garage or staffed kiosk:
- Garage – Press the call button on the ticket dispenser to inform PTS representatives of which lot is full. They will provide entry and exit instructions.
- Staffed Kiosk – Speak with the PTS representative at the kiosk located on 24th Street at Whitis Avenue. They will provide alternate parking options near your lot.
You may also call PTS at 512-471-7275 to report that your F lot is full. We will provide instructions on alternate parking, dispatch a representative to verify the occupants of the lot, and issue citations for those unauthorized to park there.
